Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every item is handcrafted by me in small batches. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making your item truly one of a kind.
What materials do you use?
Most items are made from high-quality polymer clay and finished with durable hardware, resin, or protective coatings depending on the design.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to accurately represent colors and details in photos. Since all items are handmade and screen colors may vary, there may be slight differences from the photos.
How should I care for my polymer clay jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid bending or dropping pieces.
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.
Do you accept custom orders?
I love hearing custom ideas! Feel free to contact me about personalized colors, themes, Bible verses, or special requests. Custom orders are accepted based on availability.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Many items are packaged ready for gifting. If you're sending a gift directly to someone, feel free to leave a note during checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of my products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right.
Are your earrings heavy?
Not at all! Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight, making the earrings comfortable for all-day wear.
Why is your shop called Pretty Little Imperfections?
Every handmade item has its own unique character. I believe imperfections aren't flaws—they're what make handmade creations special, beautiful, and full of personality.

Can I request a Bible verse or faith-based design?
Absolutely! Faith-inspired pieces are some of my favorites to create. Contact me if you'd like a specific verse, scripture reference, or custom faith-based design.
